the truth...at midtown friends, the Truth is so much more than a set of doctrines or theological propositions. the Truth is something we relate to - something we live.
- Truth is found in the Judeo-Christian Scriptures (or the Bible) - which is our authoritative text and primary means to connect to truth.
- Truth is found in the story that authoritative text tells - and that has continued to unfold throughout history.
- Truth is found in the person of Jesus
- And in Jesus' Spirit that speaks to us still - like an inner light inside of us.
- Truth is found in the lives we live together in God's on-going story.
